The Green Tea: Aira, E-Waste Manitoba and Winnipeg Mushroom Hunters

Every Saturday and Sunday at noon CDT for the rest of April (Earth Month), We're chatting with small business owners, educators, and researchers who share a passion for our planet.
Aira Fusilero Villanueva is passionate about volunteering, sustainability, botany and mycology. She founded Fleur de Fusilero, Winnipeg Mushroom Hunters, and E-Waste Manitoba. She’s in her 3rd year of the Integrated Education Program at the University of Winnipeg majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. To help cover her tuition, she is participating in the ERA Scholarship and thus E-Waste Manitoba was founded. Her goal is to reduce e-waste that ends up in our landfill and to help provide refurbished electronics to students, families and charities in need.
